Linda is amazing! She is professional and at the same time personable. It truly shows that she loves her profession and takes pride in doing things the right way. She is honest, depenable and an all-around great person. She will actually help you get the home you want regardless of the price. She will go through the inspection with you to be sure you understand everything. And at showings she will be the first to point out things that most of us miss like potential water damage, trees with problems, uneven flooring and the list goes on. She strives to get you the home that is for you. Linda is on your side, she wants you to be happy with your very large purchase.

I think I have already said it all. Linda is an awesome agent. I will absolutely recommend her! She is patient and kind and will explain anything you need explaining. She is also great "people reader" and doesn't over explain. As I mentioned in a previous comment the sellers were difficult to deal with and she was such a pro with handling the many obstacles. All in a days work to her.

I would also like to thank the staff and Patty for taking over when Linda was out sick for a bit. I had a car shipped that got there before we did which they received for me and kept in their parking lot until we arrived. And thank you Patty for keeping the ball rolling while Linda was out. She was physically out for a bit, but still there! Thank you all for a smooth closing!
